₹41 lakh of spend on a broken landing page.

Where the money went, what it should have cost, and the two fixes that were free.

Episode 14 · 2026Illustrative — replaced with a sourced client record at launch · Episode 14 · 2026, against the quarter's media spend

Where the spend went

  • 40.0% lost at the page
  • 22.0% lost at follow-up
  • 38.0% converted

The spend

₹41 lakh across a quarter, into a page that took eleven seconds to become interactive on the connection most of its traffic arrived on. The form sat below three scrolls of carousel.

Where it went

Forty percent never reached the form. Another twenty-two percent submitted and were never called back inside the window where they still remembered submitting. The remaining thirty-eight percent converted, which is why nobody noticed.

The two free fixes

Move the form above the carousel. Answer the form. Neither costs money, and together they were worth more than the quarter's media budget.

What we would have done next

Lock a baseline, then put first touch on a clock. A lead that waits overnight is a lead you paid for twice.

The next step

Find out what you're leaving on the table.

The audit is free. The findings are yours whether we work together or not.
