The arrangement, written the way we would explain it out loud. This page is a template pending review by counsel in each of the five markets.
If any of this conflicts with a signed statement of work, the statement of work governs. It is more specific and it is the document both parties actually negotiated.
This site
Everything published here is provided for information. Figures shown in case studies and teardowns are stated with the period they cover and the baseline they are measured against; where a figure is illustrative rather than a client result, it says so on the page.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. An engagement begins with a signed statement of work and not before.
The audit
The audit is a paid, fixed-scope engagement, typically two weeks. Its scope, price and dates are confirmed in writing before it starts.
The resulting document is yours. You may keep it, act on it yourself, or take it to somebody else, whether or not you continue with us. Where we have credited the audit fee against a subsequent retainer, that is stated in the statement of work.
The baseline
A ninety-day revenue baseline is agreed in writing at onboarding, together with the attribution method used to calculate it. It is the reference point for every performance claim, including the calculation of any success fee.
Where no baseline can be agreed, we do not begin the engagement. This is a condition of the arrangement rather than a preference.
Fees
Fees have two components: a base retainer, invoiced monthly, and a success fee calculated monthly on marketing-sourced revenue above the locked baseline. The success fee is charged only on the amount above the baseline, never on total revenue.
Where incremental revenue against the baseline is nil, the success fee is nil. Fees are invoiced in the currency of your primary market.
Term and termination
Engagements run month to month and either party may decline to renew at the end of a month, in writing, with no penalty. Fees already incurred remain payable; fees not yet incurred do not.
On termination we return or delete your data at your election, and we hand over the configuration of anything we built for you.
Confidentiality and publication
We treat everything we see during an engagement as confidential. We publish results only as sector and market unless you have given written permission to be named, and that permission can be withdrawn.
Status of this page
This is a plain-language template. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel in India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United States, or Australia, and it does not yet address the governing-law and dispute-resolution questions that a five-market operation needs settled. That review is outstanding and is tracked in the project deviation register.
