Questions
The questions that come up first.
What the free audit involves, what a locked baseline is, how the success fee is calculated, and what happens if the number doesn't move. Marketing-Sourced Revenue Growth is the figure all of it is measured against.
The audit
Yes. No card, no invoice, no catch.
You keep the findings whether or not we work together afterward. Plenty of people take the document and go, and that is the arrangement working as intended.
Read access to your ads, CRM and GA4. Takes about two weeks. The findings are yours to keep whether or not we work together.
No. No baseline, no fee.
It is not a negotiating position. Without a figure agreed before anything changes, nobody can say afterwards what we changed, and the engagement becomes a matter of opinion. That arrangement already exists in this market and it is the thing we were built to replace.
The baseline and the fee
We agree on what counts as marketing-sourced revenue in writing, at the baseline, before any work starts — so attribution is never argued about after the fact.
Marketing-Sourced Revenue Growth. It is the one number the whole engagement is measured on, and it is the number the success fee rides on.
It counts revenue that closed and that marketing sourced, measured against the baseline locked at onboarding. Not sessions. Not qualified leads. Not a dashboard of diagnostics that never resolves into money.
Your best month ever, with the attribution method written down beside it. You sign it. We sign it. It is dated before any work starts.
After that it is the denominator for every claim either of us makes, including the invoice. It is the least glamorous document in the engagement and the only one that makes the rest of it checkable.
As a percentage of revenue above the locked baseline, calculated monthly.
It is charged only on the amount above your baseline, never on your total revenue. Revenue that was already coming does not earn us anything, which is the entire point of locking the figure before we touch the funnel.
The retainer funds the team and the build. The success fee is the upside — it's how we put our own money behind the result too.
If we don't move your revenue, you don't pay our success fee. Not reduced, not deferred, zero.
The base retainer still funds the team and the infrastructure that ran that month, because that cost was real. The part that rides on the outcome does not survive an outcome that did not happen.
The work
Neither. We're a revenue partner — the AI and the people are how we deliver, not what we sell.
No. We work with what you already have and only replace what's actually leaking.
Typically four to six. The performance agency, the chat or lead-capture tool, the call-answering service, the QA or call-scoring vendor, and whoever is currently assembling the reporting.
The audit tells you which ones in your case, what each is costing, and what stays. We are not interested in replacing a vendor that is working.
Every call and every chat is scored, not a sample. The usual arrangement is a 2% sample reviewed a fortnight later, which tells you about the sample.
Scoring all of it tells you which objection is costing you the quarter, which person needs help this week rather than at the next review, and whether the thing you changed last month changed anything. Colour is never the only signal on those reports — every state carries a word.
First systems live inside 30 days. Meaningful movement against your baseline shows up within a quarter.
Speed-to-lead moves in the first fortnight, because that is an infrastructure problem and infrastructure can be switched on.
Revenue takes a quarter, and in a considered-purchase category it can take two, because the deliberation window is what it is. Anyone quoting a revenue lift in week three is quoting you something other than revenue.
The AI layer is working every minute of the day. Our team reviews your account daily and reports back on it, then brings you weekly action items, so nothing sits waiting for a monthly call.
The arrangement
NDA before any access is granted. Access is revoked and data deleted if we don't move forward.
We hand over what we built. Nothing switches off without you knowing in advance.
Engagements run month to month. Either side can decline to renew at the end of a month, in writing, with no penalty. Fees already incurred remain payable; fees not yet incurred do not.
There's no notice period designed to hold you for another month you've already decided against.
India · UAE · Saudi · US · Australia. Delivery runs from one hub in India, so the method is the same wherever the engagement sits.
You're invoiced in the currency of your primary market, and only that one. We don't show converted equivalents, because the number you're billed is the number you should be reading.
How we publish
Because a logo is not evidence. It tells you somebody signed a contract; it does not tell you whether anything moved.
Where a client has agreed to be named, the name sits above the figure, the period it covers and the baseline it is measured against — never in place of them. Everything else runs as category and market, which is enough to judge relevance.
They find us. Case studies, recorded audits and aggregate results do the work.
We don't cold-call, cold-email or cold-message, on any channel, and we don't buy lists. A client who arrived by interruption is a client who was never sure they needed us.
The next step
Find out what you're leaving on the table.
The audit is free. The findings are yours whether we work together or not.
